Mikaylah’s Birth Testimonial
Emily was such a light in our birth story. This was our second baby and we didn’t have a doula with our first. Our first baby was in the NICU unexpectedly for a month right after birth so we had some nerves with this experience and we were hopeful it could be a different journey.
Emily put us at ease and talked through everything in detail about what we wanted things to look like. She prayed for us and our sweet baby during pregnancy, was there to talk to us about any questions or concerns we had.
The day of, she put me at such ease before my planned c-section. She helped me lay everything out for the day and what it would look like and also gave me a lot of ideas to help keep my nerves calm. She even gave me a massage- who doesn’t want that at 9 months pregnant?! She had essential oils and prayed for us and a smooth delivery of our baby boy.
We will be forever grateful for her expertise, guidance, and love she shows for the families she works with.
